Processing Time: All orders are scheduled to ship within 4–7 business days (excluding weekends and federal holidays) after the acceptance of the order. This applies to both Standard and Express shipping methods, unless otherwise arranged directly with us.

Upon successful placement of an order, the customer will receive an order confirmation email containing order tracking details, where applicable.

Please ensure you have received return authorization from our customer support team before sending any items. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10–12 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
